1. The service

InboxAxe provides hosted email and software for organizing conversations, preparing follow-ups, managing leads, and coordinating marketing work. Features may prepare drafts and recommendations; external actions remain subject to the approval controls shown in the product.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security controls.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant InboxAxe the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis needed for recipients, contacts, and campaign content you submit.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use InboxAxe for unlawful activity, deception, harassment, malware, credential theft, unauthorized bulk messaging, evasion of recipient preferences, or infringement of others’ rights. You must honor unsubscribe requests and applicable communications, privacy, and marketing laws.

5. Payments

Current prices and billing terms are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Recurring service, when selected, continues until cancelled under the terms shown at purchase. Taxes may apply. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already earned are non-refundable.

Some features, including text messaging, phone numbers, and waitlist or appointment alerts, are billed from your wallet at the vendor's cost plus a handling fee. The fee is shown before you turn a feature on, and you can turn it off at any time. Marketing texts are sent only to people who gave written consent and can reply STOP at any time.

6. AI-assisted output

AI-assisted drafts and classifications may be incomplete or incorrect. Review material decisions and outbound content before approval. InboxAxe does not provide legal, medical, tax, or financial advice.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep InboxAxe available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features to improve safety, reliability, or compliance. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, recipients, or the service; respond to legal obligations; prevent abuse; or address nonpayment. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” ZagAIrot Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for InboxAxe during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Connected third-party accounts

InboxAxe can publish to social accounts you choose to connect. Connecting an account is optional and you may disconnect at any time. You are responsible for complying with each platform's own terms for the account you connect, and for having the rights to the content you publish through it.

If you connect a YouTube channel, InboxAxe acts as an API Client of YouTube API Services. By using those features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke InboxAxe's access to your Google data at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. If you connect a TikTok account, the TikTok Terms of Service apply to that account. InboxAxe's handling of data from connected accounts, the specific permissions requested, and how to delete it are described in the Privacy Policy.
